Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Australia and selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@nexcharge.tech.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery timeframes vary depending on the product and supplier:

  • Australia: 10–30 business days
  • International: 15–45 business days

Please note that some products are shipped directly from our supplier warehouses overseas, which may result in longer delivery times. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs delays, public holidays, or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear after dispatch.

Multiple Shipments If your order contains products from different suppliers, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will not be charged extra for this.

Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@nexcharge.tech and we will investigate with the supplier on your behalf.
