Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at support@nexcharge.tech. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. After this window, your order may have already been forwarded to our supplier for fulfillment and cancellation may not be possible.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalised products
- Personal care goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union Orders If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@nexcharge.tech.
